In May 1999, he reported to VQ-3 Detachment Travis AFB, CA, where he served with the 60 th Security Forces Squadron jointly as a Patrol Officer and Command Investigator.

He also assisted with the command’s change of homeport to COMNAVMAR Guam, advanced to Petty Officer Third Class and was selected for conversion to the Master-at-Arms rating.Īfter graduating from Master-at-Arms “A” School and Naval Corrections Specialist School, he reported to the USS Constellation (CV-64), homeported in Coronado, CA in August 1996. He also attended Coastline Community College, where he earned his Associate in Arts Degree in Criminal Justice in 2007.Īfter completing Fireman Apprentice Training, he reported to the USS Frank Cable (AS-40), homeported in Charleston, SC. He enlisted under the delayed entry program and completed Recruit Basic Military Training and Fireman Apprentice Training in 1993.
